About

The printing is the easy half. The numbering is the product.

Customized Raffle Tickets makes draw tickets to order — numbered books, double cloakroom rolls, fully printed event tickets, perforated postal sheets, scratch-off instant wins and numbered Tyvek wristbands.

Custom printed raffle tickets with logo

Every raffle ticket is really two tickets carrying one number: the stub the seller keeps and the ticket the buyer takes away. If those two numbers ever disagree, or if a number appears twice across a run, the draw those tickets were sold for is compromised.

You find that out on the night, in front of the people who bought them. It is the single most common failure in cheap raffle printing and it is entirely preventable: state the start and end number before the run, and check every book against that range.

That is what we do, on every job, and it is why this site talks about numbering before it talks about design.

Why we exist

Raffle tickets are bought once a year by somebody who has a fete to run and no reason to know any of this, from printers who quote them as a small print job.

So the tickets arrive laminated and nobody can write a name on the stub. The perforation is too strong and sellers tear tickets in half at the table. The promoter and licence wording is squeezed into a corner in four-point type because the artwork was designed first. And occasionally, the numbering repeats.

The wording we ask for before we print

In most places a raffle where tickets are SOLD is a form of lottery, and it is regulated. That usually means the ticket has to name the promoter, carry a registration or licence reference, state the draw date, and show any age restriction.

We are printers, not advisers, and we will say so plainly — the exact requirement comes from whoever licenses your draw. What we guarantee is that our template lays those fields out first and designs around them, that they end up legible rather than hidden, and that we ask you for them before printing rather than after.

What we actually make

Numbered books with matched stub and ticket numbering and a stated range. Double cloakroom rolls that split into two matching halves, colour coded by prize band. Fully printed event tickets with the compliance fields laid out properly. Perforated sheets that machine fold for postal draws, with the number ranges supplied as a file so they reconcile against your mailing list. Scratch-off instant wins with panel opacity checked against a light source. And numbered Tyvek wristbands where entry and the draw share a number.

Stock is uncoated by default, because somebody has to write a name and a phone number on the stub with whatever pen is on the table.

How we price

No dollar figures on this site. Price moves with format, quantity, numbering, perforation and finishing, and it falls steeply into the thousands. Send the details and a real quote comes back the same day, with a lowest-price guarantee if you are already holding a cheaper one.

The small decisions that decide the night

A perforation tie ratio set for one-handed tearing. Numbering placed clear of the perforation. Uncoated stock. A separate number range per event. A scratch panel checked against a light.

Every one of those is free at artwork stage and impossible to fix once the run is boxed.
